Orders are valid for a maximum of 3 days from the date of invoice. Thereafter, an unpaid order may be cancelled without notice.

The current Lovella Terms state that website pricing, including shipping, is exclusive of VAT at the applicable South African VAT rate.

The current Terms further provide for disputes relating to the website to be brought before the courts of the Province of the Eastern Cape in Port Elizabeth.
