In reality, many artists finish training with unanswered questions around isolation, adhesive behaviour, lash direction, styling, product selection or full-set execution. That uncertainty can follow you into every appointment and make even simple decisions feel harder than they should.

Lovella’s conversion lash training gives previously trained artists access to the full learning experience used to educate Lovella students. Rather than offering a quick refresher that assumes the gaps are small, the course revisits the theory, product knowledge and application principles that may have been rushed, missed or never fully understood in your original training.

Choose Classic Conversion, Volume Conversion or Duo Conversion depending on the technique you have already trained in and the areas you want to rebuild. The goal is not to erase what you know. It is to strengthen your foundation, correct weak habits and help you work with greater clarity and consistency.

Conversion training combines structured online education with practical academy time. You first rebuild the knowledge behind the technique, then use hands-on training to correct application habits, ask the questions you still have and bring the theory back into real lash work.

Work through the full training content relevant to your chosen conversion route, including theory, product knowledge, styling principles and the application concepts that support consistent professional lash work.

02 · In-Person Practical Training

Bring your current technique into the room and refine it.

Work practically with a Lovella educator to identify weak habits, revisit application steps and rebuild confidence. Classic and Volume routes include one practical training day, while Duo Conversion includes two.
