Returns:

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

You can send the item(s) you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will fully examine it/them and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will replace the returned items

Faulty Product Policy:

A faulty product is a product that has manufacturing defects or does not meet the specified quality standards. It may include but is not limited to malfunctions, non-functionality, incorrect specifications, or physical damage.

To report a faulty product or file a complaint, customers must contact our customer service department using our ‘contact us’ page or directly contact our Orders Department on 063 589 2952

Customers will need to provide the following information when reporting a faulty product:

The order number or POP and a detailed description of the issue or defect, along with supporting documentation such as photographs, videos, or other evidence.

Upon receiving a report or complaint about a faulty product, we will evaluate and assess the issue. This may involve inspection, testing, or requesting additional information from the customer.

Depending on the results of the assessment and factors such as the severity of the defect, the availability of replacement products, or the customer’s preference. We will communicate the available options to the customer and work together to determine the most suitable resolution.

Replacement |Refund | Store Credit:

If a return is necessary as part of the resolution process, we will provide clear instructions on how to return the faulty product – please refer to our Returns Policy.

While we strive to provide the best products and resolutions, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of a faulty product.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Faulty Product Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown calculate to 20% of your total invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

3. delivery policy

General Information:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

Delivery Time:

Lovella Lash & Brow Artistry strives to deliver orders between 24 and 72 hours (depending on location). Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged accordingly.

Damaged Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@lovella.co.za

4. clause

Under no circumstance, will Lovella Lash & Brow Artistry be held liable for any complaints regarding adhesive, should the artist working with the adhesive have not conducted training through Lovella Lash & Brow Artistry. There is a great deal of science and factors determining the correct usage of our adhesive and training on our adhesive is essential for correct application, retention, storage and use of such said adhesive.
