Domestic delivery options

Lovella currently offers the following active shipping methods for qualifying South African delivery addresses:

• Overnight: estimated 1–3 working days.
• Standard Shipping: estimated 1–4 working days.

The shipping methods available to you are determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Estimated delivery periods

Delivery periods shown on the website are estimates measured in working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, public holidays or other circumstances outside Lovella’s direct control.

Orders should only be considered complete once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for processing.

Please check your details carefully

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Lovella cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

No physical shipping required

Digital products do not require physical delivery. Where an order qualifies as a digital product, no physical shipping method is required.

In-store collection

In-store collection is not currently shown as an active shipping method on the Lovella website.

If you require collection, please contact Lovella before placing your order to confirm whether an arrangement can be made.

International delivery

International Express is not currently shown as an active shipping method on the Lovella website.

Customers outside South Africa should contact Lovella before placing an order so the team can confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

Courier and delivery delays

Lovella will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly, but courier delays may occasionally occur after an order has left Lovella.

Estimated delivery periods are therefore not guaranteed delivery dates.
