training process

This program will run from January 2025 – April 2025 with a total of 5 training sessions: 3 Online Sessions + 2 In-Person Training Days (Classic Day + Volume Day). Each session will deep-dive into a specific training topic.

The goal of this course is not only to get you to be a well-equipped Educator, but to be a great Lash Artist too. You will gain full access to our Classic + Volume Training manuals, online training platform and in-person training.

requirements

certified in classic and volume techniques
exceptionally neat application and styling
minimum 3 years lashing experience (lovella trained)
minimum 5 years lashing experience (not lovella trained)
active presence in the lash industry and social media
sufficient space to conduct training for 2-3 students
kind and supportive nature with leadership skills

please note:
there will be a very strict application and vetting process to be accepted into this course. spaces will be limted to ensure we provide the best service and support throughout the training process. new applications will be taken every 6 months.

important information

This is an Independent Educator course/ certification. You will not be affiliated with Lovella / Lovella Academy and should refrain from incorrect marketing of your course/s.

This course is designed to equip you to successfully conduct Eyelash Extension Training under your own brand.

Certificates issued to your students will have your brand/business name.

Students are required to complete a minimum of 3 case studies per technique before a certificate can be issued.

All training material (intellectual property) may only be used to conduct training and may not be re-sold in any way.

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions will result in the retraction (void) of your Educators certificate, so please be sure that you are able to meet the criteria before enrolling.
