At our first Academy Open Evening at our head office in Port Elizabeth, we hosted aspiring artists, current salon owners and like-minded industry professionals to indulge in a few hours of educational fun – and bubbles of course! We started the evening off by introducing guests to our little slice of pink paradise, while sipping on mimosa’s. As each guest made their way upstairs to our Head Educators, they had the opportunity to play ‘Lash Artist’ at a lash doll work station, which gave them the opportunity to ask their million and one questions, while experiencing the thrill that comes with Lash Artistry. 


As our owner, Tania, gave a heartfelt – Thank You Speech – and made it known that WE at Lovella have, are and always will be a Lash + Brow Sisterhood, this was the perfect moment for us to announce our Scholarship Recipient, Rojanka Myburgh.

Due to the overwhelming response to the Scholarship, we have decided to present this award once a year to 1 deserving individual, as well as organize at least 2 open evenings a year at 1 or more of our training locations to give all prospective artists the chance to attend.

 It was a wonderful evening, filled with delish donuts, some bubbly and a room full of like-minded women coming together in the growing world of Lashes and Brows. We look forward to hosting more events at our beautiful space and sanctuary.
